A godly woman has this quality, she is
- Free - no longer confined or restricted
- She is not held back because of personal sin
- She trains other through example not just words
- Purity opens up paths for her to teach as a role model
- The truth about her life doesn't restrict what she shares with others

Why Free - The word then... because they are godly older women then they can train. Ungodliness puts one in bondage and they cannot freely teach the truths of the Word.
