Why go to the house of the Lord? There is where we find the Lord. We go; we seek; we see his beauty!... Lets equate this house with the Word of God....
From chapter 26, we saw how we need to allow our hearts to be filled with God's presence. This happens when we follow through with this verse. Go to his word and we search for him; we spend the time it takes to find him. We don't just take a passing glance. No, we diligently comb through all that separates us from him and take hold of him. We admire his greatness as a wife admires her man. He is strong and handsome. He is wise and understanding. She never let's him go.
K, A, where do you go for your satisfaction? Go to the Word of God each morning. Read the Bible each night. Seek out the beauty of the Lord and you will take a hold of the dearest friend and treasure ever sought. He will satisfy the longings of your heart and you will be made complete.~Dad
